Sisters Holistic Evolution (SHE) was founded by Sheni “Sunny” Suntory, a retired Air Force veteran and holistic wellness coach. After rebuilding her own life through self-discovery, healing, and faith, Sunny created SHE to guide other women through transitions with grace and purpose.
SHE provides safe spaces for women to evolve—mind, body, and spirit—through mindset coaching, holistic health, financial empowerment, and supportive community living. Whether it’s finding stability after change or rediscovering inner peace, SHE helps women rise into their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and connection.
